1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of Dkart.life and Diponed Unicare Pvt Ltd India (“Dkart” or “we”) websites, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively the “Services”). DKART MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS.

6. Limitation of Liability
